Household hazardous waste

The City of Temple will be hosting the Household Hazardous Waste Collection event. The event is open to residents of Bell, Coryell, Hamilton, Lampasas, Miliam, Mills, and San Saba Counties.

This event will be a contactless drive-thru. We require you to remain in your vehicle. Masks are recommended. Any containers will not be returned & must be 5 gallons or less per container. 

Date: October 28, 2023

Time: 9AM -2PM

Location: 2611 E Ave H, Temple TX, 76501.

•     We require you to remain in your vehicle. Masks are recommended.

•     Any containers will not be returned & must be 5 gallons or less. Maximum 15 gallons per customer.

Food Waste bins will be available for pick-up at the event. 

This event is funded by taxpayer dollars and grants and is for residential use only. Police will be onsite for the drug take back.

Tires: 

The first 8 under 17" free

Fee for more than 8 tires 17" and below: $3.00
Any tire from 18"-21.9": $5.00
Any tire 22" and above: $10.00

Any tire on a rim is double the cost of that size.
